Each space will have their own bathroom and basement storage along with new HVAC, electric, plumbing, storefront, wood floors, and a shiny new tin ceiling. All the charm of a roaring 20's space will be kept. Our delivery of 7350A and 7350B Manchester to the future business is expected in early-September.

7350B Manchester is 960 square feet and available for $2,300 per month on a triple net lease - All in monthly rent of $2,850 at the current operating expense estimate.

Retail only, please - Maplewood requires a sales tax generating business for all storefronts on Manchester. Unfortunately that means no salons, yoga studios, gyms, or any other service oriented business that one does not pay sales tax on.
