New Maplewood Retail Space!
The LONG deceased retail space in the middle of downtown Maplewood will be revived this summer! It took us a while to come up with a plan but it's well worth the wait. Two new 1,000 square foot retail storefronts will be added between the foundational pillars of Maplewood, Paramount Jewelers and The Book House. Each space will have their own bathroom and basement storage along with new HVAC, electric, plumbing, storefront, wood floors, and a shiny new tin ceiling. All the charm of a roaring 20's space will be kept. Our delivery of 7350A and 7350B Manchester to the future business is expected in early-September.
7350B Manchester is 960 square feet and available for $2,300 per month on a triple net lease - All in monthly rent of $2,850 at the current operating expense estimate.
Retail only, please - Maplewood requires a sales tax generating business for all storefronts on Manchester. Unfortunately that means no salons, yoga studios, gyms, or any other service oriented business that one does not pay sales tax on.
